Low Noise, High ENOB - Unmatched Measurement Results
Maximize test margins with the low noise and high effective number of bits (ENOB) of the 7 Series DPO. Superior measurement accuracy, sensitivity and precision are enabled with our proprietary Tek85 low noise preamp, Tek79 10-bit ADC and advanced DSP algorithms providing more accurate capture and measurement of the signals of interest.

With the built-in 10 Gbps SFP+ port and the TekHSI™ technology, the 7 Series DPO allows for up to 10x throughput of large waveform datasets to a PC enabling acquisition and analysis to be performed in parallel for faster workflows.

(1) Service plans can be purchased at point of sale with new equipment. Extended warranties are available for post-sales purchase within the equipment’s warranty period. (2) Factory Verified Calibration will include firmware updates and adjustment if needed. For 7 Series Scopes, ISO17025 compliant calibrations are available with data and certificate. Instrument adjustments for out-of-tolerance calibrations and on-scope firmware and software updates included. Cosmetic repairs and exhaustive cleaning included. Service coverage may vary by region; contact your local service center for more details.
(3) Includes coverage of full repair costs due to manufacturing defects including all parts, labor, and return shipping. Does not cover non-warranted damages.
(4) & (5) Plans cover a maximum of two EOS, ESD or accidental events per instrument per year, with exclusions outlined in Tektronix Worldwide Terms & Conditions of Service Plan.

(7) Unused repair portion of Plan qualifies for up to a 20% discount upon plan renewal (10% discount for one repair event in 3 years, 20% discount for no repair events in 6 years).
(8) Savings are estimated per calibration and/or repair event, based on industry average field failure rates and current on-demand service prices, and may be higher or lower depending on specific end user experience and time of event. All estimates are only estimates based on generic assumptions and will vary based on actual product experience and usage. Savings do not include plan renewal discounts.

Tektronix instruments undergo a factory calibration immediately after manufacturing. By default, your new instrument will include a non-accredited calibration certificate without data. You can choose from the following upgraded options if available for your model and your region:
