Is the difference in the measured results between the TDSJIT3 software and using an infinite mode/Jitter mask acceptable?

Since longer acquisitions include drift and wander, they will normally be higher in jitter amplitude for a given population. So one must be careful and make sure the frequencies being measured are equivalent. So run TDSJIT3 in Free-Run mode for about 10 seconds to see what the longer term noise is - it should be similar to the WfmDB mask test.
