SMB connectors are used in applications for inter- or intra-board connections of RF or high speed digital signals. The SMB, smaller in size than the SMA, features a snap-on interface mechanism for quick connect/disconnect capabilities. The SMB operates to 4GHz in the 50ohm version, and up to 2GHz in the 75ohm version.
