Answer :
The SUPPORTED PRINTERS page contains a list of all of the printers supported by the drivers currently included with the DPO3000/MSO3000 series oscilloscopes.
Always run the latest firmware on your scope, This will assure your scope will support the listed printers. To check our web site for the latest firmware available use our software search and enter DPO3000 (or MSO3000) Firmware for the key word.
To check which version is installed on the scope push the Utility Button,. On the bottom of the display select the Utility Page tab and change to Config. Now select the About tab.
