Question: I am getting the diagnostic error code+ E1311 or E1312+ on my CSA803 or 11800-series oscilloscope. What does this mean?

Answer: These diagnostic codes indicate a problem with either U530, or U531, which are RAM devices. Due to the age of these products, replacement parts are no longer available.
