How do I secure the DPO3000 scope in my lab so that it is not “borrowed” without my knowledge?

Question :

How do I secure the DPO3000 scope in my lab so that it is not “borrowed” without my knowledge?

Answer :

The slot on the rear of the instrument allows connection to a Kensington “laptop” lock, so the DPO3000/MSO3000 can be secured to an immovable object to prevent theft. Kensington or laptop locks can be purchased at a local electronics store.
