How do I replace my damaged or defective HW key for my Iconnect SW (80SSPAR+ 80SICON+ and 80SICMX)?
To replace a damaged or defective HW key please call (in the US and Canada) 1-800-833-9200 , select option #2 for Service. The Tektronix Service Call Center can assist with exchanging your HW key, for a replacement HW key. Note: You will need to return the defective or damaged HW key to Tektronix.
To speed up the exchange process, please have the following information ready:
- Product Type
- HW Key part number
For customer outside of the US and Canada, please contact your nearest Tektronix Service Center, or your local authorized service provider.
