I am getting the diagnostic error code E24XX (E2411+ E2412+ E2421+ E2422) on my CSA803 or 11800-series oscilloscope. What does this mean?

These diagnostic error codes indicate a problem with the Upper Knob (E2411, E2412) or the Lower Knob (E2421, E2422) circuitry.
Due to the age of these products, replacement parts are no longer available. Repairs on these products are available from Tektronix Service on a best effort basis.
