How do I enable Virtual CE (option VCE) on my Y400 NetTek?
Answer :
Once you have obtained the key string from Tektronix for Option VCE for the NetTek Y400 or Y350C, go to the Start menu on the NetTek desktop. Select Programs, then select Communication, then select Virtual CE.
A Virtual CE Registration window will appear. Open the small keyboard icon and type in exactly (with dashes) the keycode that was provided. Then close the keyboard by pushing the keyboard icon again, and finally, select Next.
If you do not see the key registration screen, and instead see the Virtual CE screen, the option has previously been installed.
