If you wish to manually update the firmware and application software on your oscilloscope, please visit www.tek.com and select Services & Support.
Then choose Downloads, Manuals and Data sheets. Search for “Deployment Package” and choose SW as the search type.
Deployment packages will be displayed following the search and you can choose the DPOJET deployment package to update your instrument by downloading and running the deployment package.
To use AUDIT to automatically update and keep your instrument up to date, use the search Downloads, manuals and datasheets to find AUDIT.
Download AUDIT and install it on your scope. Then run AUDIT on your instrument and let AUDIT perform any available updates for your oscilloscope.
If your oscilloscope should be updated to this version of DPOJET, it will download and install this DPOJET software package.
The DPOJET Jitter, Noise and Eye Diagram Analysis Tool is an optional product component that enhances measurement and analysis capabilities of DPO,DSA and MSO Series oscilloscopes.
DPOJET operates in either of two tiered modes, selected by option key:
- The Essentials tier (DJE) provides basic jitter (TIE) and timing analysis and is only available for DPO7000-C and DPO/MSO5000-B, DPO/DSA/MSO70000C-D-DX series instruments;
- The Advanced tier (DJA) provides full jitter, timing and eye diagram analysis and operates on DPO7000-C, DPO/MSO5000-B, DPO/DSA/MSO70000C-D-DX series instruments.
- The Advanced plus tier (DJAN) provides full jitter, noise, timing and eye diagram analysis and operates on DPO7000-C, DPO/MSO5000-B, DPO/DSA/MSO70000C-D-DX series instruments.
