My trigger program will not stop running. Why will it not trigger?

Check the status monitor to see if the program is stuck in an undesired state. Check to see if the program has triggered or reached the trigger state. Remember, a trigger program must contain a trigger or the program will not complete even if the entire acquisition memory fills.
