I use a TDS5034B with the TDSPWR3 power analysis software to perform SOA test. I want to set the record length to maximum so that I can capture the waveform a with high sample rate. But when I perform SOA testing+ the scope will display an error window that I should set the record length to less than 200K data points.

Please update the TDSPWR3 software to the latest version. This is available for download from the Tektronix web site, under Software and Drivers.
