Can you confirm that the standard SPG422 when genlocked can have two analog black burst (PAL and NTSC at the same time) outputs? The black bursts are timed together in this mode?

Simultaneous NTSC and PAL black burst generation is one of the many SPG422 operating modes. If all six black bursts are installed, they may be configured as any combination of NTSC and PAL. They are locked to the same internal 13.5 MHz internal reference as is the AS/EBU digital audio. However, because of different field and line lengths, the outputs are clock lock only. No frame relationship is possible or expected.
