I am having difficulty in restoring the OS on my Tektronix Win7 64Bit oscilloscope. I am seeing the following Acronis messages:

Possible reasons for failure to restore include:

Poor media quality – DVD’s maybe scratched or otherwise damage
Defective DVD reader
Not waiting for disk to spin up to speed before clicking “OK” button
Restoring onto the wrong hard drive
Hard drive contains data that conflicts with restore partitions - may need to delete data and re-format HD.
