Use the Oscilloscope Probe & Accessory Selector Tool, available on www.tek.com, to determine if your probe is compatible with the DPO3000 (or MSO3000) series oscilloscope. For a shortcut to the tool, please click on the following link: /Measurement/programs/advisor/
After you have the tool open, under the “select by instrument series” select DPO3000 (or MSO3000). The tool will present a list of compatible probes and accessory.
