There are two product SW versions. For oscilloscopes with Win98 OS, the latest product SW available is version 1.5.2.2.
For oscilloscopes with Win2K OS the latest product SW available is version 2.3.0.8, or higher.
Product SW version 1.5.2.2 is not compatible with Win2K OS. Product SW version 2.3.0.8 (and higher versions) is not compatible with Win98.
