質問:
What is the block size for the new AWG7000 instruments?
回答:
The block size, also called granularity, is dependent on the type of sequencing which is used. If software sequencing is used, then the block size is 1 point. That means you can have any record length you like, as long as in conforms to the minimum required by the instrument and does not exceed the software sequencing memory.
The block size for hardware sequencing is 64. All of the waveform files which make up the sequence need to meet this requirement.
The AWG7000 will automatically switch to hardware or software sequencing base on all of the files meeting the 64 sample granularity. If one file does not meet this requirement then software sequencing will be used.
