I'd like to capture a single shot waveform of an XY event on the TDS2014B. Is there a way to do this?

It is not possible to do a single shot in the XY mode.  There are a couple of workarounds:

1. Do the single sweep in the YT mode, then change the display to XY.
2. Do the single sweep in YT, save the data for the two channels to your PC, and graph in Excel.
