VM700T Opt. 48 GPIB Interface

The VM700T Opt. 48 is an interface adaptor that extends the instrument's remote control capability to the GPIB (General-purpose Interface Bus) environment. The interface streamlines system integration of the VM700T in video equipment manufacturing environments.

The GPIB interface is selected through the Communications Setup file in the VM700T Configuration mode and supports all of the VM700T commands. The command set includes instrument identification and event/error handling.

With Opt. 48, the VM700T can be linked to generators, analyzers, scopes, bed-of-nails testers and other GPIB controlled devices (excluding GPIB printers) over a single bus.
