Can I use SCPI commands to automate the MP5000 and supported SMUs and PSUs?

No, the MP5000 does not support SCPI. Instead, it uses TSP (Test Script Processor), a modern scripting language that can be used just like SCPI but purpose-designed for embedded automation, faster execution, and scalable test strategies. Get started with TSP.
