Tektronix enters service distribution agreements with ADS and TEVET, LLC

Monday, 13 September 2021

BEAVERTON, Ore., August 30, 2021 --  Tektronix, Inc. is proud to announce new sales representation agreements with Atlantic Diving Supply Inc. (ADS) and TEVET, LLC., two industry leading suppliers of electronic test equipment and services for government programs. Under the new agreements, ADS and TEVET will now represent the Tektronix Service and Support Organization in providing calibration services and commercial repair services on U.S. Department of Defense and supplier contracts.

“For decades, Tektronix has served government programs with electronic test and measurement equipment solutions,” says Corey Christmann, vice president, Global Operations, Service and Support Organization at Tektronix.  “Now we are expanding that relationship with these two new distributors to represent our companion calibration and repair services for vital government defense programs. This total solution approach is a win for customers, a win for distributors, and a win for Tektronix.”

ADS is an official small business supplier of tactical and operational equipment, apparel and logistical services to the United States Department of Defense and other federal agencies.

“As a small business supplier on defense programs, ADS is proud to represent Tektronix calibration services, as well as the world-renowned test and measurement products from Tektronix,” says Vinnie Moulton, Category & Business Development Manager – C5ISR, ADS. “When we approach our customers, we can now offer a single-source customer solution consisting of products and quality follow-on calibration services. This will provide greater convenience in the purchase and lifetime care of T&M equipment for our customers.”

TEVET is an official HubZone and veteran-owned supplier of test and measurement systems and instrumentation for U.S. defense programs.

“TEVET is pleased to expand its relationship beyond just hardware with Tektronix to now offer calibration, repair, and other services to our customer,” says Tracy Solomon, CEO and Founder of TEVET. “Government defense programs require top quality, fully accredited calibrations, which are typically best provided by OEMs of test and measurement equipment, including Tektronix. As a service-disabled veteran-owned business, we are excited to bring Tektronix’s breadth of accredited and certified calibration services to our government program customers.”

Defense contractors and U.S. government agencies can now purchase Tektronix calibration services through these small business and veteran-owned organizations.
