Answer: Revisions of the "CTM-10 and CTM-05/A Users Guide" (P/N 87570) prior to Rev D had an incorrect pin-out diagram (figure 4-2 and figure B-1). With Rev D of this User's Guide, the correct pinout diagram is provided.The latest revision of this manual is available from the Keithley web site.
