There is a check box which states: Start service at system power-up. I check the box but at next power on the box is unchecked and does not restart. How to make it stay checked?

Use the Window 7 search box and for search criteria us "User", select “Change User Account control Settings” Now run the bar all the way to the bottom (Never Notify) and reboot the scope.
Now in VXI-11 server properties check “Start Server at System Power-up" and reboot the scope again. Now it will remain checked and the server will start at power up.
