Speed: How do I change the soak time for a measurement?

Question :

Speed: How do I change the soak time for a measurement?

Answer :

For each measurement, a Source-Delay-Measure (SDM) sequence is executed. This implies that the output value is set (Source), the device under test is allowed to settle (Delay), and the measurement is taken (Measure). To give the device more time to settle or soak before the measurement is taken, simply change the source delay value. To change it with the front panel controls, press CONFIG I-SOURCE (or V-SOURCE) DELAY, then enter the value. Use the 'SOUR:DEL' command to accomplish the same thing over the bus.
