Is the RSA3408A Option 05 IQ output continuous+ i.e. does it stop?

The IQ output is continuous.  For a span of 36 MHz, it puts out a 16 Bit word of I and a 16 Bit word of Q, every 20nsec.  For narrower spans, the words come out slower in proportion to the span.
