I upgraded from VB3 or VB4 to VB5 or VB6. Now my program using ASO driver will not compile...
Answer :
The ASO software was originally for Win3.x so is a 16-bit DLL. Visual Basic 5.0 is 32-bit and needs 32-bit DLLs only. Use Port95nt for the 32-bit port I/O and use the 32-bit version of the ASO software in asowin95 download. Change your project to include dasdec32.bas instead of the 16-bit dasdecl.bas.
