Question: How many multiplexer cards can the DAQ6510 hold?
Answer: There are two slots for plug in modules. The DAQ6510 can accept the various 12 switching cards available, but it only hold 2 at a time. If you have higher density switching, it is recommended to look into the 3706A and the various switching modules available for that system. At max capacity, the DAQ6510 paired with two of the 40-channel cards can hold 80 two-terminal devices. the 3706A can get up to 576 two terminal devices.
