Answer :
For the TDS7000 Series oscilloscopes that use the TekProbe® interface (TDS7054 and TDS7104) and the TekConnect® interface (TDS7404 + TCA-BNC) products, the TCP202 Current probe is the product of choice. For higher current measurements the AM503S current measurement system with a variety of probing solutions is available.
