How can I add reference for the IVI-COM driver in C# or VB.NET?

You will need to add the reference from the Primary Interop Assemblies.

1. In Visual Studio, click Project, and then click Add Reference.
2. In the Add Reference dialog box, click the Browse tab.
3. Go to "C:\Program Files\IVI Foundation\IVI\Bin\Primary Interop Assemblies" and locate four dll

• ITLTYPELIBLib.dll
• Ivi.Driver.Interop.dll
• Ivi.Scope.Interop.dll
• TekScope_TektronixLib.dll
