After performing User Calibration with the Open Short and Load+ my YBA250 scale shows only 27 dB instead of the expected 54 dB line near the bottom of the screen when the load is attached. Why?

The YBA 250 Measurement is set to Cable Loss instead of Return Loss, which is why the indicated reading is one-half the expected answer. Set the YBA250 to Return Loss.
