I need to switch DS-3 (or cable TV signals). What do you have?
DS-3 is a digital signaling rate of 44.763Mbps typically transmitted over 75ohm coax. Cable TV signals are also transmitted over 75ohm coax. The 7038 card provides 75ohm characteristic impedance to match the impedance of the system and has a bandwidth of 2GHz.
When 500MHz is sufficient bandwidth, the 7062 or 7063 cards can become 75ohm cards just by removing the shield boards on the bottom on the card. The cards can be ordered as 706X-75 for 75ohm performance.
