Yes, each TLA7012 will ship with a DVI-to-VGA adapter; however, customers wishing to use an analog monitor with the TLA7012 will need to supply their own VGA cable.
To use a TLA7012 with an analog monitor, the DVI cable or adapter should be attached to the DVI-I port of the TLA. In order for the TLA7012 to recognize the external monitor, the monitor should be powered-on before turning on the TLA7012.
