Where can I download Tektronix product-related software?

Please use the Software and Firmware download page at /node/7106. Enter your instrument model and select "Software" as the download type. On the results page, use the left navigation panel "Filter By Software Type" to narrow down your search. For most instruments, the firmware will be under the "Firmware" filter.
