What is the typical BW for the PLL in the Clock Recovery options?

This depends on the module involved. For example the 80C08C-CR4 variable clock recovery is guaranteed to provide the PLL BW of less than 4MHz, a requirement of the 10GbE specification. Contact your nearest Tektronix office for details.
