Question: Is there a preamp I can use on the Spectrum Analyzers WCA230A+ WCA280A+ RSA2203A+ RSA2208A+ RSA3303A+ RSA3308A and RSA3408A?

Answer: The upgrade for the preamp is WCA2UP 1A. It covers 100 MHz to 3 GHz. It is powered through the 6 pin Lemo connector on the front panel. The WCA230A, WCA280A and all RSA2200A series, RSA3300A series and the RSA3408A all have this connector for power on the front panel.
