While setting up a trigger in Power Trigger mode+ how is a new state added before State 1?

While setting up a trigger in Power Trigger mode+ how is a new state added before State 1?

1. Highlight state 1 in the Overview section of the trigger window. The Overview section is at the left section of the Trigger window.
2. Right click on State 1 and "add state". New state is now after State 1.
3. Right click on State 1 again and "cut state". New state is now in 1st position and original State 1 is cut out.
4. Right click on State 1 again and "paste state". The new state is now before the original State 1.
