A list is of Win98 and Win2K Service Packs and updates that have been reviewed by Engineering are located on our website at: www.tektronix.com, under SW and Drivers. Use the Search Engine to find the files for your product.
Due to licensing agreements these Service Packs have not been added to the Product SW. They will need to be downloaded directly from Microsoft's website.
Updates that are not on these respective lists have not been evaluated by Engineering. Installing unapproved updates could negatively affect your product's performance.
