I am experiencing front panel operational issues with my MSO/DPO2000 and MSO/DPO3000. At times the front panel controls are inoperative or my cursors do not move normally or scaling does not work.

This could be related to the instrument software currently installed on your instrument. Check to see what software version is currently installed on your instrument.
For a MSO/DPO3000, should have software V2.16 or greater
For a MSO/DPO2000, should have software V1.31 or greater
Instrument software can be downloaded from Tek.com, under the "Support" tab. Search for your instrument model to locate the most current version.
