The settings in the YBT250 and YBA250 once they have been installed on an older Y350C are incompatable with the Y400 platform and need to be reset by deleting the registry as follows: From a full powered-down condition, push and hold the Blue start button for at least 3 seconds. A small menu will be displayed on screen. Push the Blue button in short taps until "Cold Boot, Delete Registry" is highlighted. Now hold the Blue button down again for 3 seconds. The Y400 NetTek will now proceed to reboot, and the applications can be started for YBA250 and YBT250 without error messages.
