Full Support - The product is currently in production or within the long term product support (LTPS) period following instrument production, that realizes full support which includes all technical resources, calibration equipment, and available parts that allow repair and calibration service.
Calibration/Best Effort Repair - The product has exited the Full Support time period but is still eligible for calibration services, with either moderate or limited repair capabilities.
Calibration Only - The product is only eligible for calibration services with no repair services available.
End of Support - The product no longer has services available. Alternative products are available via the web, or for additional information, contact your Salesperson or Service Office.
