For the CSA/TDS8000 series products (and modules) Tektronix recommends a SMA Torque Wrench spec of: 7-10 lb-in, or 79-112N-cm (metric). Tektronix does not sell this tool, but it should be readily available at your local electronics store or tool vendor.
