On my AWG5000/7000 series I can not find my offset or filter controls. Why?

On my AWG5000/7000 series I can not find my offset or filter controls. Why?

There are two possibilities:
First, these features are not available when option 02 is installed.

Second, "Direct" mode is selected; this mode bypasses these items.

For AWG5000/7000 select each channel tab and see if Direct output is checked.
