I have the service manual but it does not contain the adjustment section of the book.

When the TX3 (or TX1) were in production Tektronix offered a Calibration datsheet.  When used in conjunction with WaveStar software it provided the ability to perform verfication/adjusment of the TX1 or TX3.  Since the TX1 and TX3 went out of production in 2000 the data sheet is no longer available.

As of this FAQ (9-24-2015) we still offer calibration for the TX1 or TX3 but no repair.
