What happens to the equipment that gets returned?

The equipment that is returned to Tektronix through this program will be handled in an environmentally safe manner through processes that comply with all applicable electronic waste regulations - e.g., EU WEEE Directive. |

Who pays the recycling and transport costs?

Tektronix pays all applicable recycling fees. Transport costs will be financed in accordance with specific up-to-date contractual agreements or in case such contractual agreements are not available, with the relevant country-specific applicable dispositions. |

What is my business’s liability for product that is returned through this program?

Upon request you will receive a Certificate of Destruction (COD) for all equipment that is returned through this program indemnifying you against liability (or releasing your business from any further liability for the equipment). |

What products are included in this service?

Tektronix will accept all Tektronix and Tektronix subsidiary branded test, measurement and monitoring equipment in the eligible countries. Competitor branded equipment will be accepted on a one-for-one basis at time of purchase of similar Tektronix equipment. |
Note: The terms "disposal", "disposed of", and "handling" refer to the treatment, recovery, recycling and environmentally sound disposal of Tektronix equipment that is being discarded.
