When I plug my one of these electrical sampling modules (80E07+ 80E08+ 80E09+ 80E10) into my 8000-series oscilloscope it locks up. What do I need to do?

When I plug my one of these electrical sampling modules (80E07+ 80E08+ 80E09+ 80E10) into my 8000-series oscilloscope it locks up. What do I need to do?

The 8000-series sampling oscilloscope must have the following in order to be compatible with the 80E07, 80E08, 80E09, and 80E10:

• Win2K operating system
• Product SW (firmware) version 2.5.0.4, or higher
