How to install:

1. Follow the instructions you received to install the upgrade license key (this was sent via email).
2. Select Help > About.
3. Tap Install License to open the Install License dialog box.
4. Double-tap the Enter License Key field to open the keyboard
5. Use the keyboard to enter the license key (the key is not case sensitive).
6. Tap OK. The oscilloscope installs the license and returns to the About screen. Verify that the Enabled status for the option is Yes.
7. Power cycle the oscilloscope to enable the installed upgrade(s).
