This FW upgrade is not customer-installable. The 80A03 must be upgraded at a Tektronix Service Center. To find the service center nearest you please refer to our website at: www.tektronix.com, under Contact Us or call 800-833-9200 option 2.
The Serial Number range of 80A03’s that need this FW upgrade is: B010100 to B010157. All units above SN B010158 were shipped with FW version 1.2.
