Does TDS1000/2000 Series have XY display format in addition to YT?

Yes. This format is very useful in analyzing phase differences, such as those represented by Lissajous patterns. This format plots the voltage on channel 1 against the voltage on Channel 2, where channel 1 is the horizontal axis and channel 2 is the vertical axis. The oscilloscope uses the untriggered Sample acquisition mode and displays data as dots. The sampling rate is fixed at 1 MS/s.

XY mode is enabled by pressing the DISPLAY button, then press the button next to FORMAT until XY is selected.
