In Display Properties I set the screen area to 1024 by 768 pixels and now the default 640 by 480 pixels is no longer available for selection. How do I change it back to the default setting?

In Display Properties I set the screen area to 1024 by 768 pixels and now the default 640 by 480 pixels is no longer available for selection. How do I change it back to the default setting?

This answer applies to all TDS/CSA8000, TDS/CSA8000B, TDS/CSA8200 and DSA8200 sampling scopes with Microsoft Win XP operating system only.  

With the mouse right click the desk top or go to Programs/Control Panel and select Display. In the Display Settings window select the Settings tap. Now select Advanced/Adapter tap/ List All Modes. Scroll and high light 640 by 480 High Color (16 bits) 60 Hertz. select OK and Apply.
