Is there any way to show the sample with the corresponding trigger program state in the listing or waveform?

Yes, in the TLA System Setup window add another probe group with your desired name such as State. Now add the Status Bits as the probe channels. Finally right click on the group and choose Select Status Bits Type… Choose Trigger State Machine (TSM) Next State. You can then add the column to the Listing or Waveform windows.
